Richard Buckner was part of the Hampshire team that took on Sussex last weekend, shooting a 720 + head to head, plus a 1440 round.
Hampshire won the match, beating Sussex and Richard Buckner came 3rd overall (well, 2nd if the number of x's and 10's had been counted correctly!)
The same weekend, Steve & Angus attended the British 3D Championships. This was Angus' first "away" competition, and he performed well, but was up against the best in the country! Steve managed 1st place in a field of two recurve archers - as recurve is not a recognised bowstyle in WA3D, no other recurves were there! The weather was great and course was fun however, making the trip worthwile.
