A bit of a late blog this one, but well done to all members that turned up for our work day on the 14th. We had a total of 25 members there, which is amazing! We managed to trim the hedge (thanks Steve T!), clear and strim borders, changed the foam in a number of bosses - repainting them at the same time and repairing frames where needed and general tidying up. All this was followed by a well-deserved BBQ and cake.
Afterwards, we presented Les with the presidents medal certificate - a lasting reminder of the award we gave him last year. Les was himself there since 7:30am mowing...as he does on a very regular basis for us. Here is a pic:
